step1) https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual

          download install file,  'Anaconda3-2020.07-Linux-x86_64.sh'.

          >> bash Ana*.sh

         after install anaconda

          command : pip install tensorflow

          (using Anaconda Powersell prompt on windows)

step2) https://www.tensorflow.org/install

         using Jupyter Notebook

          >> import tensorflow as tf

          >> tf.__version__

        install plugin 'code assist','TabNine'.
        When you typed,  Click "Shift+space"

step3) https://pytorch.org/

on screen, recommend install command

example) conda install pytorch torchvision cudatoolkit=10.2 -c pytorch

          using Jupyter Notebook

          >> import torch

          >> torch.__version__
